Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 litre milk


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 tbsp rose water


  • 100 gms mawa


  • 4 tbsp chopped dry fruits


  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachio


  • 1 cups milkmade


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Heat 1 lt milk in a heavy bottom pan .
  • When milk started boiling add lemon juice and stir continusily make fresh paneer .
  • Strain the paneer and rinse cold water and squeeze all the water.
  • Make the smooth dough of the paneer and make small ball in it.
  • Heat sugar along with 2 cups of water and make a sugar syrup then add all the paneer balls cover it and boil it 10 minutes for medium heat.
  • Rosogolla is ready .
  • Heat remaining milk in a heavy bottom pan and stir constantly .
  • When milk turn thicker consistency then add the mawa and milk made and stir constantly .
  • Add the cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits .
  • Switch off the flame .
  • Grease the ghee in a microsafe bowl .
  • Pour the milk very gently ☺
  • Squeeze the rosogolla and add the thick milk ☺
  • Spread the chopped pistachioes on the top ☺
  • Pre -heat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes ☺
  • Bake it 20 minutes at 180°C ☺
  • Serve hot or Chilled as u like ☺
